I loved Zelle, but since we switched to a business account, they will no longer let us use Zelle since that's only for personal accounts.

I haven't had any experience with it personally, but I have some contacts at Bee Safe, a brand based in Greensboro, NC and focused on climate-controlled storage facilities in retail locations.  

I've personally communicated with the inspectors, and they are aware of how the tenant is trying to manipulate the situation.

Sure, having a personal mentor is awesome for getting targeted advice, but being part of a mastermind takes it up a notch.
