Short Term Rental Management companies?

Santiago Fajardo

Hi, looking to see if anyone has used a short term rental management company, if so, what was your experience with them. Specifically looking in Arizona.

I don't have a referral for a company in Arizona but we have a short term rental company in my local NARPM Chapter. They normally charge a larger percentage of income because STR are much more involved than LTRs. But this can be off set because STRs can earn a lot more than LTRs.

A host is very important to the experience of STR and responsiveness is critical. I would call companies in Arizona and see how long it takes for them to get back to you.
