Hello Faysal,1st of all, I personally don't like option 1, not equity gain with your investment.For your option 2, with your cash available position, I would see if I could talk the owner in to Owner financing the property for 12 months at 5%, with $100k down. 

That sounds like crazy talk to me.

the appraisal should have considered the deficit and wether it was actually one on, like just sold, housing.  

The paystub also has misspellings of the city the office is supposedly located in.So then I tried googling her, and a woman in Miami, FL with the same name does exist, but she looks nothing like the woman I facetimed with tonight. 

I like to sell this property 'as is' to avoid any potential issues in future.

So, they would want to know if there was a substantial decline like that.I haven’t seen a change.

The investor is now dragging their feet and it's got me feeling like I need to come up with a contingency plan.Any ideas/leads on creative financing for the downpayment/funding the whole deal?
