My husband is also incredibly busy with his job, which he is very passionate about, so he can't always fill in when I've got one too many things going on.  

I hear from wholesalers ALL the time and most fail... either because they have unrealistic expectations or they are hooked on the get rich quick schemes sold by gurus... having said that, you seem to have a true desire and PASSION to succeed - -- Passion is what sets the successful apart from the average.  

Hi @Reggie Maggard,I have been seeing more and more property managers using video walkthroughs in their listings.

I would also do a walk through video and get on camera the condition of place bc if you plan on keeping any of that money you have to be able to prove it if needed.

Our passion is now to recreate this feeling in similar neighborhoods for other families.
