I’ve spent a decent amount of time in SA and am actively evaluating real estate options.

As a violation it provides the mortgagee with the OPTION of accelerating the note - with all the proper notices and procedures for the state of property residence. 

I still work with a ton of investors though and there are great options, especially turnkey ones!
