Also, by the time we were discharged and COULD start making our payments, we were 3 payments behind and according to our mortgage company's policy were not allowed to make online payments.So starting at the end of September I started trying to submit a borrower assistance package to our mortgage company, I made three attempts to submit this, and each time they required information that I had already provided them with.

Always get a W9 from whomever you hire• Make sure you have them sign lien waivers before you give final payment• Check your city's court documents(public info and usually online) to ensure they don't have any judgements against them• Do not pay 50% up front.

We literally had to gut it to the studs.The pic below shows it rehabbed & that immediately got us $750/month vs the original $475.By the way when they did vacate they literally left everything so we had to package & store the disgusting mess for 30 days.
