Our system of transferring title/ownership may seem complex since it is substantially similar to that of the UK system of unregistered conveyancing.We do have some areas of the island (for example Christ Christ and St Philip) which have been transferred to a registered system of conveyancing and it is the Government’s objective that the entire country becomes registered in the future.

First conduct a fairly brief walk through, looking closely for any signs of water leaks at ceilings in every room and closet, baseboards, around windows, under all sinks, and if accessible under tubs and toilets; check easily accessible windows for overall condition; noting any electrical or tripping hazards and other safety issues,taking photos if tenant does not object.
