Hello BP, while i'm looking through different online offers to get a better pictures of the multifamily investment, i notice in my area there is a lot of 2-2 & 3-2 bedroom bathroom.For now, my plan is to invest in 2-1 unit only to young & old couple (for the sake of argument), what can i do with the extra said bedroom &/or bathroom

I was looking at properties on auction.com and noticed that there were homes that were non-bank owned. 

On Sep 4th, I asked my friend to deliver a "rent demand notice" (deadline set to Sep 14) and he told my friend that he is leaving by the end of September.

We noticed all kinds of E-4 and E-5 drivers with new Audi models in the parking lot.

@Hobart King Not real experienced but I went to the Batholomew and Owen counties last week and this is what I noticed. 1) Depends on the property.

Has amypne encountered this type of notice.

As you may have noticed, the lower mainland, especially Richmond, Burnaby, the Vancouvers and Surrey have seen a drastic reduction in their prices. 

I have noticed over the past years many more students have pets at school.

However am also considering just offering $1,000 cash for keys, since it'll probably be faster and cheaper.My big fear is that they will mysteriously have a slip and fall when I send them a notice to quit, which has happened to me before.

Here is my next major issue; I gave my landlord my 30 days notice the moment I found out we were moving into my fiance's parent's house, which is being passed down.
