When I was at another company, we got approached to find and provide construction services for a new flipping show where they were going to do multiple houses adjacent to each other. 

With house hacking it seems that multiple units allow for more cash flow but with just one roommate it seems less possible.

So wanted to ask everyone that does multiple BRRR's a year, what kind of loan do you get.

These are my favorites as there are multiple exits and you can combine a couple for the best return.

His sister in law is my REI realtor, his dad was my dads partner in multiple REI deals and is my commercial broker.

In terms of rehab cost/benefit, attracting and keeping tenants, and resale potential... are multiple bedrooms per unit in a multifamily generally more desirable than single bedroom or studio units?

Is it legal to put a tenant's (or multiple tenants') security deposit into a savings account and then collect the interest that the deposit makes for you?
