Came across an off market apartment deal in North Austin, can't decide if I should do my first multi at a C-class complex.52 units, (26 1/1 units and 26 2/2 units). 2 story buildings built in 1969.  

I have been looking at different options for financing my first multi-family property that I plan to owner occupy. 

I am interested in multi-family homes to "house hack" as my first RE investment.

My entire operation does 15-20+ per month for Flips, Turnkey, Multi-Family, etc.Out of those that we buy and sell, we only keep 3-5 of them each month for our own portfolio.But as for how we do 15-20+, just an amazing team LOL. 

I usually only watch multi-family units.

My plan is to refinance and pull some money out for a down payment on a multi-family property (possibly 3 or 4-family).

Finding a small multi will be the challenge as they don't sell too often, but they do exist.  

I am currently in the market for a multi-family property in the Naples/Bonita Springs area where my wife and I will house hack.
