That app was the only reason I made it to that wedding. 

I am typically lucky to see a check in the first 60 days on my jobs (gov't sub work).The gc simply has to submit a simple 1-2 page app, work history and insurance....no big deal.

In the distant past, I have bought mobiles dirt cheap, in established Mobile Home Parks. 

I have heard some mixed reports from my bankers this week an wanted to know if BP could shed some light We are wanting to buy a 79 single wide mobile home with a lot and a nice 2 car garage. 

I have the typical sites like Facebook Business page, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram and thought about doing a wordpress... in addition to the dozens of other social media/real estate sites and apps...

Hey BP community, This is for my fellow mobile home park investors out there.

Mine keeps crashing on iPhone.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted, etc.  Running 8.3 on iphone 6.  Just started today out of the blue after working all day.

In the future, I want to possibly wholesale a home, and make websites, apps, etc. for the investors ;) I'm setting goals to become very well-rounded in both my backgrounds.

I need to create a floorplan for 2,400 sf of office space, I've noticed several free android apps out there, which one would you use?

IMO health care costs will eventually make it's way into loan apps as monthly debt service since insurance or a fine is now required by federal law.
