I'm also considering entering the Assisted Living Facility market, as I'm a healthcare professional familiar with that industry. 

I've collected rent in bars, restaurants, casinos, WalMart, my driveway, at an armed security gate at a refinery, a medical clinic, a hospital room, and ATM's at a bank and convenience store.

RCF is pretty tough to make money, need scale and by then you may as well acquire a purpose built facility.
