So they win on both sides: they pay less today because 1) the price is much lower and 2) they get financing.Mind you this isn’t going to work for you because it’ll take as while before I can bring that product to market.

Im a newer investor out of Atlanta and Im interested in having more meat on the bones when I make deals, those bigger discounts you mentioned.  

I'm a newer investor, and personally during these times I just plan to be more strategic and make sure I have more meat on the bones (more equity) when I make purchases.  

So far Bigger Pockets has been an amazing resource and the podcasts have made my commute a much more productive use of time. 

Currently they had quoted me at 4.125% interest for the cashout refi on our rental property.

I have been looking into rates for a refinance on my Ohio Duplex for about 6 months (pre-pandemic) and I have been consistently finding rates that are over 1% higher on the exact same product (2 unit, cash out) as my CA mortgage broker.   

I spoke with a title company and they told me that it would cost me at least $1500-1800 to close with them and get a warranty deed.
