I plan to visit some time in March for a weekend and buy my first property by May.

I used to dump 10k/m into index funds, but increased that to 12.5k/m from March onwards.

Last year in March i was so close to buying my first property for airbnb purpose and then covid happened.

In fact, for their next meeting on March 13th, they are actually having Bruce Norris (of The Norris Group) as a speaker.

Our tenants have been in the property since March 2022 but informed us that they are canceling their lease November 15th.

As I write this in March of 2023, our average monthly supply of houses for sale over the past year averaged 1.1 months’ supply of inventory according to Bright MLS.

When COVID broke in March 2020, many were feeling that home prices would fall but I also shared with my clients that I didn't see that happening largely because of the supply shortage and MOI was around 3 months at that time.   

We plan to put it on the market in March.  

They have rented here since march 2019.

Students would always take the responsibility for shovelling as they did not want to pay to have the drive ploughed, but rarely would they keep the drive shovelled and, if they did shovel, snow would get push just far enough to be able to move their car ... come March, the driveway was half the size it was in December and the tenants would be snivelling about not having enough parking.
