i'm renting to a group of immigrants who have a good rental history and clear screening reports. I have met 2 of them, there are 3 more and all will be signing the lease. I prefer to have them meet me in person to sign. Is this a requirement? I have not seen their signatures yet. Also their fluency with English is not that good, they have a friend fluent in english who is interpreting for them but he won't be living with them. They have rented here since march 2019.
