That knocks out #2 and #5.The buying agent commission (unless he is the broker or has both sides of the deal) is 1.5% of purchase price.

Well since I moved here it as improved, mainly the roads, that’s what you have to have 1st, (I drive trucks) so I know roads lol But I’m looking into what the have going on, the apartment complex they talking about knocking down, that’ll get people looking at the area real hard, like what are they going to put in lace of of????

I haven't had a call from a tenant for while (knock on wood). 

I would even knock on the door and see if the renters can confirm what the seller is saying about the condition of the property.  

I can't find wholesaler to bring them to me, but they are still out there if you direct mail, knock on doors etc

As I start to search for my own deals, I've tried mailers, text blast, cold calling, door knocking, email blast.
