We completed a cosmetic rehab including replacing the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint and recessed lighting.

You by far have simplified the million dollar question regarding the 'super' powers of the LLC that most beginnings want to know and even some 'timers such as myself.

So if you have a set of kitchen appliances fully written off and you then replace them 5 years later...you'll want to be able to remove those old appliances from the asset schedule as they're gone now.

Which color would you recommend for rental units for following.1) kitchen cabinets2) luxury vinyl flooring color3) paint color walls, ceiling etclastly, would vinyl click and groove plank flooring be ok in washroom too or you recommend tiles?
