As being  new to the RE world I have read a lot about how LLC'S are very beneficial to RE Investors because it protects the individual from being sued and it protects the Identity of the individual who owns the property, and has many tax benefits.

Excess land can be a hindrence as in mature subdivisions where owners might be old pharts, they may not want the additional maintenace and upkeep of the additional land.

A bond has a current yield, yield to maturity (YTM), realized compound yield, etc.

Additionally, having a mature view on circumvention helps.

Doesn't seem like a problem to individuals who view real estate as a business rather than a hobby.Interesting to see the Sharing Economy mature and develop!

I'd only recommend 'going there' if you see going ALL IN (full-time), and if you want to really create a local identity/reputation out of it.

Personally I find having identical decor in both baths confusing.

There are likely lots of nearly identical "comps" that simply haven't sold in years.

Now houses in that same neighborhood, identical to mine are selling for $180k.
