I learned from +23 years in corporate America sales you need to constantly hunt for the business.

@Lucas Hunt, I think its a little much to ask a former landlord to turn over any paperwork to you.

I was asking if prices being so high and appreciation moving so fast in Colorado i.e. houses being too expensive, makes it a bad place to hunt for wholesale deals.

Still on the hunt though.

I have relocated my general contacting company to Southwrn Maine and have begun the hunt to build a multi-family portfolio here in the state I now call home.  

Now to start hunting for some units.

Then investors went hunting in areas that attracted big crowds or events, and then the same thing happened to the small towns like Jerome, Cottonwood, Flagstaff (well it's not a small town, but you get what I mean :) and Pinetop.
