Recently over the last month or so been listening to the bp podcast religiously, reading up on the beginners guide/blog/forums, and scouring the internet for valuable information.

Michal Sieczka, here's my advice to newbies.Work for an experienced investor and agreed to be paid commission or profit split.The experience you will get is much more valuable than all the real estate seminars you will attend.

(Needless to say, this is not-for-profit and so there is no membership fees...just the cost of lunch and gas).For example, I volunteer to help anyone who is interested in wholesaling houses and buying apartment buildings.With so many Chicagoans joining BP, I think this meetup group will have enough critical mass to be of valuable help to its members.Thoughts?

Hopefully one day I would be providing valuable insight to future members who are in my situation right now.Aside from working and family life, I've picked up running and I am currently training for my first Full Marathon!

I would hope everyone's time is more valuable than the time it takes to remove and save something that is only worth $.46, but worst yet, probably ILLEGAL to be doing in the first place.

You guys are hittin' it out of the park with all the great content you are providing us, not only with the BiggerPockets site, but, also the great interviews and valuable information being provided through the podcasts.
