In general, the more focused and detailed things are the more helpful they become to a novice investor (each time you do something new you are a novice).

Focusing on flight school for now is probably most beneficial for you now and in the future.

After awhile people get tired or BEING the business/active with an asset and want passive and relaxation.I do not focus on residential anymore.

Now the problem is really focused on Hammond properties.

I can foresee adding 2-3 properties between now and then (potentially more bringing in my design build friend as a partner) with the goal of moving more fully into this as a line of work with a focus on bringing hospitality to the rental industry.
