Hi BP'rs, I don't have a good sense of how the interest rate cut today will affect me as a new investor looking for my first deal... will it start to drive up prices of homes in areas i'm looking at as money gets cheaper or am I off base?

It takes a long time to develop land from scratch it is hard to do with all of the government regulations and codes.

I had trouble paying rent during covid crazy (slow income non RE related) and wonder if this could have helped at that time.

(Long time home owner but this would be my first rental so I'm on the edge of the diving board, looking down into that deep dark pool.) 

If you have it pending I would think they would sell it first then file bk.

I'm open to thoughts on where to invest or other potential methods for a first timer.

Agent who is experienced in working with R.E. investors (Buying & Selling), preferably someone who does this full time and is passionate and very knowledgeable in this business.

I hear the same story about how the general economy, my length of time owning the business, etc are reasons credit unions (same ones who were on board before I bought the brewery) are now not willing to finance.
