Typically your two options would be:Show a tax return for the current year with substantially higher income (i.e. claim more of your cash income on your taxes and wait until 2020 filing are been completed to purchase.Have someone co-sign on the loan.Co-signing is usually the simplest and fastest route, but if that doesn't work for you then you might speak with the lender about the first idea.Good luck with the upcoming purchase!

That may speed them up to put in an application, and once you do receive an application you can let the other possibles that you've showed it to know that someone has put in an application, and if they want a chance to be considered they need to put in an application ASAP.

Having balloons in residential is very lousy idea, especially in high rate market, there're lot of CRE deals going to lose money this year because of balloon payment. if you pay only 5% down to a house in residential that only appreciate 3% while your mortgage is 7% and has baloon, that's the fastest recipe of you going default.
