BRRRR financing options

Has anyone used LimaOne Capitals Fix2Rent financing option? If so, how was it and do you recommend it?

I am a new investor in Winston Salem, NC and I'm stuck trying to figure out my best financing options for BRRRR properties. It seems like LimaOne's fix2rent option kind of does it all but only has one closing so it may speed the process up when it comes time to refinance.
