Hey I am 18 and I just got into real estate,Im studying now to get my real estate license and I’m starting with only $5,000 .But I am afraid to begin without the proper knowledge and guidance .So how do you find a mentor who is willing to teach and help you grow?

Buy and hold is slow growing wealth accumulation. 

My company has been growing, and I'm about to start training for acquisitions.I'm on creativity max-out, and I'd love some guidance as I put together this position and training.

For example, maximizing, preserving, and growing your asset and all that goes with that. 

Also, both sides of my family have real estate experience and I grew up watching them in real estate, but always seek to grow my knowledge.

I’m into money though to help grow my business so if you need a hand pm me.

As inventory is running lower due to the growing population, it appears that getting zoning to shift from single family to multifamily is the only way to meet the needs of the people.

As great of a home as it is my family is growing out of it and my wife is ready for a new home.So should I keep the home and rent it out for about 1700 a month and take out home equity loan for a down payment for our next home?

That said, there has been measurable progress and I can see this growing exponentially after I reduce my hours. 

That area heading out 321 towards Wears Valley is going to grow like crazy in the coming 3-5 years.
