Soon closing on a property property cost $458k and the closing cost is really high we are doing FHA mortgage they are charging 2% of the loan plus application fee and mortgage insurance on closing for the amount of $7k and plus monthly mortgage insurance... in 2020 there was not just a thing 2% of the loan on mortgage origination loan fee!

Hey Nelish, Rates are similar as prime rates are a bit higher, we are in an environment of higher interest rates then a few years back.

We are not likely to have a big, quick run-up in prices in CA like we just had, for a long time.

I know there is a lot of uncertainty coming from all directions about the next 1-3 years in short term real estate.
