Imposter Syndrom is something everyone faces and when you add money or a big deal to the equation, it can feel a lot stronger.Something I had to learn is that those feelings of anxiety or fear isn’t a bad thing, its the hard **** you need to do to grow.

That test means approving you for a rate that is 2% higher than the current interest rate.I probably should’ve clarified this in the post so everyone had a bit more backstory.

Hey anyone/everyone...am I losing my mind? 

Is this a do-able starting place financially, or a pipe dream? 

I’m excited to learn from everyone here; I’ve already picked up on some priceless tidbits.In the meantime, I have come across a potential investment opportunity on a property that I wouldn’t have time to rehab.  

I think everyone here a has talked me out of using my HELOC toward a down payment.
