In my experience, for the paint issue, these days it is simple enough to get "computer matched" paint that will blend properly in the middle of the wall; or, as another poster mentioned, you can just paint one wall, corner to corner, after properly patching the mounting holes.

I have used Quickbooks desktop pro for 5+ years and have been happy with it.

Also with QB desktop, you must back up your data as a previous poster commented.Both have pro's and cons but either one should support your business.  

If you think a computer system is going to replace human property management and still perform as well, you are in for a surprise.
