If comps vary due to condition rank the condition of the ones that are livable. is it very dated,  needs fresh paint and carpets or is it fully renovated.

I think this platform offers the most bang for the buck.Costar has pretty good information, but very pricey.Another good site for phone numbers is thatsthem.com, a little better than Spokeo in my opinion.
