I'm in a similar area where I would like to focus on renting to college students and there is a cemetary across from the college.

I don't think Brian will care about me mentioning that he is a "student" of mine on my site, he's mentioned it before.

I need to be certain that at the legal age of retirement my wife and I will be able to TRULY  retire...if we choose to do so.If we was to sell our primary now, we will be able to pay off all of our consumer debt, student loans, with money left to invest.  

Being a college student how do i go about purchaseing a starter or low cost property?

Universal city, Selma, Schertz (Amazon's new disti hub), New Braunfels (attracting medical companies) and San Marcos (TX State Univ n 35K students n growing).....all either on or fast access to I-35.  

I currently make about $3300 monthly (41k annually) with student debt that is deferred until 6/2018 that will start $489/month over a 25 year repayment plan, and I have great credit and no other debt.

I assume you'll have plenty of demand with college students there.

Am in need of ur help guys.Am a finalist student (with a bachelor degree) who needs to undertake research basing on real estate but I don't know how I can get a title for my research.

@Matt R.Our own furnished rentals are aimed at students and academics (post docs) and are generally for a term (4-months) or longer, however another landlord here in town provides "Executive rentals" - furnished along with dishes, towels, sheets, etc and he takes a full months rent (the maximum under law here) as a security deposit.  

The BP community hears your cry for help and you might not get anyone to assist, as this property is likely at retail price and available to others online as well.
