What a steal!

It took 90 minutes for Daily News to 'steal' the Empire State BuildingIn one of the biggest heists in American history, the Daily News "stole" the $2 billion Empire State Building.And it wasn't that hard.The News swiped the 102-story Art Deco skyscraper by drawing up a batch of bogus documents, making a fake notary stamp and filing paperwork with the city to transfer the deed to the property.

I cannot say prices are low, but in relation to the bay area they're a steal.

You would have to define a bad area.I do know some management companies actually.If it's in a war zone the issue will be with tenant damage and stealing mechanicals on the exterior of the property.They have put cages before over the heating and cooling units on the outside with a deadbolt and they still remove the units.Private message me for details.

They moved out at the end of month 4, without notice...still owing me some money and stealing items out of the unit on their way out.

I have done a bunch as well as a buyer... probably over 100 of them.. however and its a big however we were a very well capitalized company... so if we got a call on a note we could stroke a check... when the gurus teach this to the empty pockets \crowd its fraught with danger for the seller.. and or flat out crooks who just use it as a tool to get into title and either harass the bank while ripping rents or simply rip rents and move on.

They are STEALING from me by not paying rent and I am losing money every day they don't pay
