Why I love wholesalers...

A wholesaler recently contacted me about a great deal that they had; that would surely interest me.

Here's the deal, house is worth $140,000 and I can buy it for only $70,000 and have 50% equity from the get go.

I checked the assessed value and guess what it was? That's right $70,000. Then I checked Zillow and their value was $84,000. Then I checked Trulia and their value was $79,000. Then I checked Homes.com and their value was $48,000.

Four independent sources say the property is worth between $48,000 and $84,000 and I have the opportunity to buy for $70,000 and have 50% equity. What a deal! I'd tell you the address, but I don't want anybody to beat me to this great deal.
