Hello everyone I'm 21 years old and decided to purchased an online course to become a real estate agent.This is my first post here and wanted to ask anyone what advice do y'all have for me, in becoming an agent or just any real estate advice in general, your tips and advice will go a long way and will be highly appreciated.Also I wanted to point out that my main goal is to invest into real estate being into rental properties, multi family and maybe fix and flip.

My credit isnt there and no liquid to invest according to banks but have a cosigner.

Of course, if you're a veteran, you can get a 0% downpayment VA loan and I believe there are some other loans that allow for this as well. 

Areas like Bandon by the Sea Oregon for example, with one of the top public Golf Course's in the world, reminds me a lot of the Monterrey/Half Moon Bay Area and has attracted high net worth investors in recent years.

I've taught an 8 hour course in Tax Sale where I can't go over everything involved in that time, so obviously can't go over everything in a BP post. 

Of course that is laughable - the house if a lot more than just a payment.
