If this went to court, you don't have a signature on any agreement with them, so how can they even name you?

Because I'm trying to figure out if there is any other way besides going down to the court house to get the addresses to the estates?.

I have looked at some properties in the area but have not done anything as they were somewhat in between the fact that they did not appear to have potential for high appreciation but also the ratios for rentals did not work - curious as to others thoughts in the area

Their lawyer told us if we do not fulfill every single request of theirs they will take us to court and the lease (from realtor association web site) is invalid.

Total expenses appear to be under $6k per year. 

It's public record and I go once a week to the court house in the probate department and ask for the recent probate cases for the past seven days.

I practice in the federal courts (bankruptcy) and am not familiar with many of the local attorneys.

Bring them to small claims court over it???  

I called to check the status on Thursday and I was told it would be a max. of 5 days but likely 3 days to complete, but check the website to see if it appears in the search.
