Each project is numbered and etc, along with each active project I have a bunch of folders (contracts, submittal in, submittal out, schedule in, schedule out, CO in, CO out, etc), of the 20+ folders one is called Drawings and Specifications, under this there is Concept, Draft, Final Folders, then a Master Specs.xls file which details: brand names, colors, model numbers, location, etc and most importantly Remarks.You can share each folder to a specific client i.e B17-01 123 Main St can be shared to investor 1, B17-02 456 Second Ave can be shared to investor 2.

A color change alone would make a huge difference.

Colors usually range between beige, light pink, light yellow, and brown.  

They have 3 or 4 door styles/colors to choose from.  

If this isn't possible, your best option may be to get a repair kit that allows you to mix up a custom color of putty at home.Filling Minor ScratchesFilling a few minor scratches on a laminate floor can be done with a wax pencil that matches the color of the floor.

Black does not go with the color scheme.

If you are painting the trim a different color than the walls then, yes, you would need to paint them separately.

Color Tile is often good, but some of the other guys will have super deals on their small lots remainders.

They also have grey ones, which @Robert Steele above mentioned is very popular now, definitely as a wall color if not cabinet color - and they have a stainless steel look too.
