You don't need a college degree to do a deal, you need to be educated to meet and get to know others, to really network with those with money.

There are actually quite a few military members involved in real estate investing to one degree or another.

I know some folks here in Bryan/College Station that rent theirs out during aggie home games, and they make a good bit of money doing it.

NY, in my opinion, has become an increasingly common and to a degree NY itself has become homogenous with the various chain offerings of "local" product (e.g., replacing the deli with xyz chain).
