So the property will essentially manage renting it out, cleaning, etc.

They can represent themselves as being great, have clean cars and nice clothes, but that can mean nothing as far as how they treat your place.

Then offer, if they have any other needs in their business, that you're really hungry to get involved and to learn the business, so if they needed help answering phones, cleaning toilets or whatever, that you'd love an opportunity to work with them and help out.7.

I'm sure others have thought of this, but it would be awesome for a few investors to go in there and clean up the area.  

I understand that tenants have a relationship with their pets but at the end of the day, I might have to deal with the cleaning, etc.

This gives me the most amount of time to clean and get ready for the next tenant.

We are going through the house now and cleaning it out in preparation for the tear down.
