I read Rich Dad Poor Dad six years ago and have wanted to invest in real estate ever since.

In texas I like san antonio but the market is a little rich for my blood. 

This is to create a structure of business based on the E-myth that gets me, the technician out of the way, that allows an entrepreneurial mindset of the four hour work week and start living, with a philosophy that aligns with think and grow rich; success in any endeavor can be achieved through mental visualization, imagination and harnessing the power of your own mind.So if anyone happens to know anyone in the central east coast area of Florida I would love to hear from them.

When I first got started in real estate my favorite show to listen to was Keith Weinhold's Get Rich Education.

Running a successful STR comes down to 3 Ps: pics, people & pricing.1) Decorate your house nicely & pay a professional photographer to take some amazing pics2) Hire amazing people - cleaners, handyman, recruit some neighbors to help fill in the gaps, & self-manage or hire an offshore VA to manage the property if you'd rather make yourself rich instead of making a local property manager rich (more on that here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/... )3) Price fiercely to maximize profits not occupancy (they're not the same thing).

I’ve read Rich Dad poor Dad first but since I work 60 hrs a week I listen to the BP podcasts most of the time.

I have met many real estate "investors" who wanted to get rich owning rentals, but accidentally bought themselves unpaid handyman jobs.
