Should I Try to Fix This Myself or Call a Pro?
Apparently, my ceiling became cracked. It's made of plaster. One never done anything like this but I often have more time to fix things when necessary. Should I hire a pro of try to do this myself? Any tips would be appreciated. Pics below.

Once you get above 20 units, though, this kind of stuff gets tedious and hard to keep up with. If your long-term plans are growing big, I would advise to start now getting used to taking the tools out of your truck. I have met many real estate "investors" who wanted to get rich owning rentals, but accidentally bought themselves unpaid handyman jobs.
Hey Erik, are you really posting in the DIY forum simply to offer some general whitebread advice not to do any DIY?
