Hello Abby,My answers to your questions, everyone has different opinions but here are mine:1) Yes it is 100% worth it, if not only for the business line of credit you can establish2) Deals are harder and harder to find, at least where I am from and surrounding areas.

The problem in the industry is that bad accountants attract a lot of clients, and great ones attract armies of clients.

My credit score is above 700, I don't have much debt (5k on a credit card and 20k student loans). 

One bad deal could be devastating, so you have to know your stuff, and I think you need a pretty decent cash cushion factored in for contingencies.

They are bad news.

In can multiply returns but what everyone also fails to mention is it can also multiply losses.Now I am not opposed to debt but there is smart debt and bad debt. 

I guess there's "one bad apple" in the batch.  

Roof leaks just suck because water damage is generally "bad." 

The people I sold to on a Wrap weren't able to get financing and it dragged on for a couple of years until they got their credit straightened out. 

Granted there are also additional financial burdens not reflected in the credit report.
