I would recommend that you devote some time to finding an above average property manager to handle things while you are in Mexico.

I'm south of Denver and the average home around here is $500k plus.

How many deals has your average customer done with you?  

Are there resources for an average Joe in figuring out how to maximize the revenue for an opportunity like this?

Plus since there profit has gone from average of 5k to 20 to 30k per deal they only need to do 1 to make the same amount as in the past they had to close 4 or 5 transactions..
