I couldn't find anything that suggests such a limit other than for homesteading reasons, which wouldn't apply to rental properties. 

I’ve heard several times On bigger pockets that we should start with a distressed property and force the equity but does that apply with house hacking too?

Hello yes how bad does applying for mortgages effect credit score because apparently i have applied for a loan on a house 6 months ago..and it fell trough and then my realtor wants me to apply with a diffrent lender since the conventional loan fell trough.. 

But how does one apply and qualify for this 5% down loan??

Regretfully, I have never applied any systems of contact mgmt w crm/coi etc...Also have 50 units I own and manage as well as flips, wholesale etc etc...Does anyone know of a software to implement the sales business AND prop mgmt as I'm going to use mgmt software for my units but it would be nice to have 1 dashboard.Thanks
