APR was hard to calculate so we would simply add 1.25 to the interest rate, that may be the case here, on the other hand maybe the computer calculated it and it's accurate, but again, the interest rate and loan fees are what count.Things like homeowners ins, mortgage ins, property taxes, closing fee, title ins, odd days interest, etc are pretty standard.

Amenities, location, style, condition, lot size, neighboring homes, etc all play a role in the ARV.I tend to disagree with some of the comments above as I do not believe them all to be accurate, however, the important thing here is to learn how to properly evaluate a property's current and after repair value and there are many factors involved in this process, not just bed/bath and square footage.

For the most accurate information... go to the source... the ruling in the Federal Register, here's an excerpt:An animal qualifies as a reasonable accommodation if: (1) An individual has a disability, as defined in the Fair Housing Act or Section 504, (2) the animal is needed to assist with the disability, and (3) the individual who requests the reasonable accommodation demonstrates that there is a relationship between the disability and the assistance that the animal provides.
