I decided to change career after having worked with films for more than a decade - and I have always had an interest in real estate.

This is why I feel it's important to have multiple streams of income across multiple properties as it all balances out over time. 

We are currently working through town approvals on a small mixed use development.  

Definitely market specific, I have a few properties around the country and work with a lot of investors in almost every market. 

That said there does seem to be a good balance because you don't really notice which homes are the STRs unless you look for them (most of the time). 

I haven't purchased any properties yet, but working on a wholesale deal.

I’m currently based in Denver, CO, but I’ll be relocating to Raleigh, NC in July 2025 to start working full-time as a disposition agent for New Western.Since I have some time before my move, I want to get a head start on building my business and positioning myself for success in Raleigh.
