I don’t yet have an insurance policy but after reading and watching a lot of content on the subject I just need clarification because it seems like having your money grow in multiple places is the way to go!

Watch other for rent signs in the area and see how fast they come and go.  

Too much would be if you watched hundreds of hours of BP content and read all the books out there and if you have not pulled trigger after all these actions, then the FEAR of "I am doing the right thing" steps in.

One day he decided to install flooring, so he watched YouTube videos and his floor looks like it was done professionally.Network with other investors and find someone that's working a project.

I realized I did not want to work a 9-5 for the rest of my life and miss the opportunity to watch her grow.

I watched major corporations lose half their value because people weren't sure if they wold be able to refinance relatively small loans that came due with a balloon balance.If anyone is leveraging themselves with loans that have a balloon then good luck.  

All this while being a single Mom to 3 kids, (my youngest has been pulling on my arm the entire time I am writing this post because she wants me to watch YouTube Videos with her, but I have to tell her Mommy is working, just give me 15 minutes which could be a topic for a whole other post!) 

If it's coming in over $$$ be prepared to watch YouTube and swing some hammers to save on labor.
