I have a lot of areas of expertise that I’m sure can help someone else’s business, I’m just so new to the game that I don’t know how they can fit into someone’s business model.

If you’re young you might like to downtown scene but when you have a family the appeal to walking around with your 4 year old next to intoxicated 18-22 year old army kids loses appeal fast.

It is fully rented, and I did a full thorough walk through of each apartment, only needing slightly cosmetic touch ups.

For some reason I can't zoom in to look closer at the picture, but eaither way, I would spray bleach on it and walk away for 10 mins, then rinse it all off it should dissapear, Best of luck to you

Another thing I'll mention is the landlord as broken his own lease multiple times by entering our house without permission while nobody was present and often walks in unannounced.Appreciate any thoughts
