Are you getting coaching included at that rate?

run down ghetto parks in rural America with beat to crap single wides  are not the same as a park that is full of pit set double wides with pride of ownership and the coachs are all owned by the individuals who paid 50 to 250k each.. or like Orange county or parts of CA were the MH might have sold for 500k or more.. your going to get your space rent with no major issues. 

You can pay a lot of money for that education, or do a lot of it on your own first with books, webinars, meetups, then maybe get a coach if needed.

In 2005, I saw people doing this in Vegas.

We don’t have that in Minneapolis or Vegas where I invest.

The investor issue is mostly caused by gurus who make money selling courses and coaching, not buying and selling real estate.

Do you want training and coaching or mentorship or do you just want to get paid on your own properties? 

As for what to call the feat — the coach has an idea.

I'm a beginner wholesaler in Las Vegas NV, haven't done any deals yet and still learning about this business.
