Are we talking a 5 mill property with 3 mill gain, or townhome with a 50k gain?

I've talked to an investor that does well in sunrise, I think it's a matter of getting the right tenants.

I thought I was happy with my ROI around 3.5% for my 2/2 condo but as I continue to read books it says I should be closer to 7-10%.

Anyway, property prices continue to escalate here in central Ohio.

My team and I are looking to partner with muti family investors around the  country, whatever it looks like, we specialize in acquisitions and have been wholesaling for about 5 years, we would like to start as equality partners and bring deals to others we have systems to hit a lot of leads and experience in talking with all kind of seller's, we would love to bring vulve to others and slowly build up and eventually be full  time in real estate.

However, if they continue to come back every few months or quarters I would find out what the tenant is doing and document via paper notice or texts.

Money in general but also specific things like net worth are tough topics for many people to talk about/deal with.

Since you only have the one investment so far, I suggest you go talk to a CPA and ask them what receipts you should keep track of, and then just let them do your taxes at the end of the year.If you just want an idea of your income and expenses every month, I'd just create a simple Excel spreadsheet.I just found that all the data entry into a program, let alone the time it takes to learn them actually cost too much time I'd rather spend doing something else.
