I am excited that I just completed my first of hopefully many owner finance deals, I paid no money down it needs about $5k including a new furnace we split the furnace repair.Terms7.5%Payment $240 per month (20 year note) plus taxes of $100 and Insurance of $50 per month.It is out in the sticks a little bit but I should be able to rent for $700-$800 with very little out of pocket..
