I assure you no matter how good of a relationship you have with your contractor, if you are offering him 500 for a days work and he has someone else offering him 700 for a days work you won't be on the top of his list unless you can realistically offer him more in the future.

I'd leave out the bar-hopper comment, you might attract excessive partiers who skip work and can't pay their rent.Also, it's good that you mention a background check, but you need to list how much that will cost them.

It was a great class as we'd read the book to get the concepts down and the class was filled with real life case examples both from his own work and important cases across the state.My appraisals class is also taught by a gentleman who has been a residential appraiser for 40 years and commercial for the last 25 years or so.

A brother of mine tried to tile over linoleum and ended up removing both later the Lino flexed to much it was on a slab ,and he thought he was saving time taking a shortcut.
